No. The original CP575A-J series, Notice of New Employer Identification Number, cannot be duplicated or recreated.

Is the digital CP575 the equivalent of Letter 147C, EIN Previously Assigned?

Yes. The digital CP575 is accepted by banks and other institutions as written confirmation of an entity’s EIN.
