A Sponsoring entity can act as a Sponsoring Entity for both Sponsored FFIs and Sponsored Direct Reporting NFFEs. In such a case, the Sponsoring Entity will be required to complete two different periodic certifications. You will not be able to submit the certification unless both certification types have been completed.
