IRS Nationwide Tax Forums Information

What are the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums?

Held each summer for more than 30 years, the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums are the IRS's marquee outreach event to the tax professional community. Usually, the forums take place in five or six cities around the country each summer. For 2022, like 2020 and 2021, the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums will be held in a virtual environment with a series of live-streamed webinars.

2022 Virtual Program Dates and Agenda

The 2022 IRS Nationwide Tax Forum will begin July 19 and continue through August 18 with live-streamed webinars broadcast on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The 2022 Nationwide Tax Forum will feature a keynote address from Commissioner Charles Rettig, a plenary session with tax law and publications updates, and multiple sessions on high-interest topics for the tax professional. Presentations are made by both IRS experts and partner associations.

Course details, webinar titles, descriptions and the updated schedule are available on the 2022 IRS Nationwide Tax Forum registration website.
