Thank you for your participation in the Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP).

The 2026-2027 order cycle is now open and will close March 17, 2027.  Please complete Form 8635, Order for Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP), and email it to caps.pdf.orders@irs.gov.

NOTE: We are aware of issues with submitting Form 8635. We are actively working to fix the issue.

  • Form 1040 SR, U.S. Income Tax Return for Seniors

No longer want to participate in the TFOP?

Send an email to ts.tfop.administrator@irs.gov. Please include the TFOP account number associated with the location and a statement to remove the location's account from the program.

Missing Child Initiative

The Internal Revenue Service partners with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to help raise awareness and assist in locating missing children. Visit the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) website to view posters of missing children in your area and to learn how you can help.
