1. In the subject line of your email to us, copy and paste the Business Rule number of the solution that did not work (X0000-005, F1040-008-02, SEIC1040-006-01, etc.)
2. In the body of your email to us,
- Copy and paste your latest rejection e-mail
- Make sure to include the 20 digit Submission ID number and the error information
- Describe anything about the solution that may have kept it from working for you
3. The name of your computer operating system, browser and browser version (e.g. Windows 10, Internet Explorer 11)
Do not include any Social Security Numbers or your physical mailing address.
