If there are transmission issues, Step 2 will display “efiling information is incomplete” and list the issues. Follow the prompts to fix each issue. When all issues are resolved, you can transmit the return. Once resolved, Step 3 will appear with your return status, stating (1) your return has been queued for transmission to the IRS and (2) to expect your Acceptance/Rejection email in 24-48 hours. If you do not receive the Acceptance/Rejection email after 48 hours, check your Span/Junk folder(s) for email from email@example.com. If the email is not found, access your account and review Step 3 for information about the return status. Follow any directions provided in Step 3. If your return will not transmit, contact us.
